Doggo (Lamentations 3:25)

Good morning ladies,

The word of the day is “doggo.”  We live in a pretty hurried up world.  With everything that's going on sometimes it is difficult to slow down.  The lesson I learned from one of my mentors early on was never to neglect God, especially during the busy times.  In fact, many times when we may think that God has forgotten or neglected us, either because he is not happy with us, or that he just has more important things to do, it is really that God is just waiting for us, often doggo and out of sight,  to make a move in his direction, to respond.

“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.” ~Lam 3:25

My question is: what are the obstacles in your life that cause you to keep from responding to God.  Seeking his will should be top priority, no matter what the circumstances of our lives might be.  I pray that God gives you a yearning in your soul to seek him.  Ask God to stir in your heart a willingness to wait for him.  Ask him to calm your heart and accept his blessings.

Praying for you,

MO
